How to schedule
Fastest option
Use the Schedule a Pickup button up top. Pick your service (wash & fold, dry cleaning, or both), your pickup day, and a window that fits your schedule.
Prefer to talk to a person?
Call 704-662-9765 during store hours and one of the team will book you in. Same discount, same schedule — just done over the phone.
Confirmations come by email. You'll get a note the day before your pickup and again when we're on the way back with your finished order.
What to put out
Any bag works
Trash bag, tote, laundry basket with a lid — anything. We swap it for a fresh bag if you want one.
Everything in one bag
Wash & fold, dry cleaning, delicates, comforters — all in the same bag is fine. We sort and separate at the store.
You don't need to be home
Leave the bag on the porch, in a garage, on a covered step. Add any access notes when you book.
How to label (only if you want to)
You don't have to label anything. But if you want your order handled a specific way, a piece of masking tape on the bag with a note is all we need. The most useful labels:
- "DRY CLEAN"Any garment you want dry cleaned instead of washed.
- "DELICATE"Bras, lingerie, activewear, silks you want on a gentle cycle.
- "HANG DRY"Anything that shouldn't go in the dryer.
- "STAIN — see note"A stubborn stain we should pre-treat by hand.
No labels? No problem. We sort by fabric and color, check every pocket, and treat everything the way we'd want our own laundry treated.

Wash & fold is weighed at $2/lb. Dry cleaning is separated to the counter.

Wash & fold
Standard is next-day back on your porch. Pick up Monday morning; back to you Tuesday.
Dry cleaning
Same turnaround as in-store — including same-day when your bag is picked up by 10 AM. Standard is 48 hours.

How you pay
You pay through the booking flow when your order is finalized at the store — after weigh-in for wash & fold, after inspection for dry cleaning. The driver never handles cash at the door. Card and other options are supported through the checkout screen.
