Pickup & delivery isn't a separate service — it's the same dry cleaning, at your door. Same eco process. Same in-house Presso finishing. Same published price menu. The only thing different is you don't drive.
Here's how it works. You book a pickup window online. On pickup day, leave your bag out — porch, entryway, mailbox area, wherever works. Our attendant scans the bag, texts a confirmation, and everything comes back to the store. Wash & fold goes to the wash floor at $2/lb. Dry cleaning goes to inspection, pre-treatment, and the Presso. When your order is finished, you get another text and we schedule the drop-off.
Turnaround is the same as walking in. Standard (48 hours) is included. Same-day is possible if we can get your bag to the store by 10 AM — call us the night before to confirm. Rush (2–4 hours) is walk-in only because rush depends on the current queue.
Pricing is straightforward. Dry cleaning follows the menu. Wash & fold is $2/lb weighed at pickup. Delivery itself is free within our service area (Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson, Mount Mourne, Troutman, Huntersville, and Charlotte). Minimum order applies.
